Sophia for Children Website

Sophia for Children is a non-profit association, incorporated and registered in Cyprus in accordance with The Associations and Institutions and Other Related Matters Law of 2017, as amended, having its registered address in Cyprus and recognized as charitable for the purposes of section 9(1)(f) of the Income Tax Law of 2022, as amended.

This website and/or (the “Website”) is owned and maintained by Sophia for Children.

The use of and access to pages of this Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms & Conditions”), which fully apply and affect your use of this Website.

If Sophia for Children fails to exercise any right or remedy available to it under these Terms & Conditions such failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The use of the Website and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder or from use of the Website.
