Sophia for Children Website

Sophia for Children is a non-profit association, incorporated and registered in Cyprus in accordance with The Associations and Institutions and Other Related Matters Law of 2017, as amended, having its registered address in Cyprus and recognized as charitable for the purposes of section 9(1)(f) of the Income Tax Law of 2022, as amended.

This website www.sophiaforchildren.com and/or www.sophia-foundation.com (the “Website”) is owned and maintained by Sophia for Children.

Assignment

Sophia for Children is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

If Sophia for Children fails to exercise any right or remedy available to it under these Terms & Conditions such failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The use of the Website and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder or from use of the Website.
